The Media Arts Show is a unique opportunity for students to exhibit/screen their work and see what their peers are producing. The show also allows Media Arts Teachers to network and collaborate on the judging of Exemplary Award entries.
Students may submit work online by February 7, 2020 in order to be considered for an Exemplary Award.
Students planning on attending the show on March 10, 2020 may bring additional work to be exhibited or screened.

IN ORDER FOR STUDENTS TO ENTER WORK FOR AN EXEMPLARY AWARD ALL ENTRIES MUST BE UPLOADED AND FEES POSTMARKED BY FEBRUARY 7, 2020 OR HAND DELIVERED IF YOUR TEACHER IS PARTICIPATING IN THE ADJUDICATION BY FEBRUARY 7, 2020.
TEACHERS:
By registering in advance we will have an approximate idea of the number of students, teachers and chaperones attending and it is important to know in advance which schools will be at the show. We urge one chaperone for every ten students.

- Please RSVP via email for the show by February 25, 2020 (with the approximate number of students) even if you do not have a final count and are still missing permission slips.
- By March 6, 2020 please email, a spreadsheet with the names of your students and chaperones that will attend the show. Teachers should bring the updated spreadsheet to the registration table at the show on March 10.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Students who attend school in the Lower Hudson Region of NYS are invited to exhibit their work at this show. Photography, Digital Images, Film, Video, Animation, Creative Sound, Graphic Arts are eligible media.
Students who are not enrolled in media classes may register on their own but must still include their school information. Students attending the show must be accompanied by a parent or teacher.
